I recommend to everyone visiting there take snacks/fruit/crackers/cerial bars etc over there as there are no supermarkets etc on site to purchase this type of food and if you have fussy very english children who enjoy roast dinners, homemade shepherd pie etc then they will struggle as all kids menus conisit of is buger, nuggets or pizza. My little girl only ate the fresh fruit on offer and crossants in her words not mine "I don't want nuggots and chips" she got fed up with the fast food style food within 2 days of being there and there bolognase wasn't much better either. We took £1200 spending money and returned home with £250, we managed to dine in a few restuarants but I will say that even in the higher quality resturants the food is still crap. I read lots of reviews before we left for Paris as I was feeling worried and stressed in case we didn't have enough money etc etc. The rooms are very clean and pratical for a base to sleep, breakfast is as all the reviews state horrendous in fact we didn't end up eating breakfast at the hotel we walked along the lake to the Disney Village (10 minute walk) to the Starbucks and had breakfast there every day yes this was additional cost of at lease 25 euro per day but with a impatentient 3 year old in warm weather it wasn't worth queing each day. Me, my husband and our two daughters aged 6 and 3 stayed at the Hotel Santa Fe. We have just returned from a family trip to the amazing Disneyland Paris. I really fell in love with Disneyland Paris and you will too. We stayed at the Dream Castle and the Seqoia Lodge, the dream castle was nicer but the lodge is Disney and the environment was better, but as far as the rooms go The Dream castle is better. BTW there is a McDonalds in the Disney Village, if you want something cheaper, and they have sandwiches that I have never seen. The food at the Disney Village wasnt very good. The train station is right there in front of the Magic Kingdom. We stayed for two weeks because we used Disney as our base of operations. The park is very much European but still Disney. I thought that their Jules Verne space mountain is the best space mountain of all. The studios is not very big, but they have great rides, like the Nemo-Sammy based roller coaster was great. ![]() I think that the only problem is that the park and hotels are a bit rundown compared to other Disney parks, but it is still extremely beautiful. My kids had a blast, dont forget to rent a stroller for the little ones because the park is big. ![]() It is a very beautiful park with its own unique attractions, the food is good at the buffets and contrary to what people say the French are nice, everyone was helpful and eager to help. ![]() I have to say that I did not know what to expect when we went to Disneyland Paris, but I was happy that I went.
